roselle tea is prepared by brewing the calyx of the roselle plant..the calyx is red in color giving the tea a very attractive red color..mostly it is served sweetened and with ice but i like it a little warm with no has a really sour is a rich source of antioxidants slowing down the ageing is very rare that i see fresh roselle calyx in delhi so i usually use the dried ones which my mom sends me..the fresh ones are sometimes available at the INA market.
