MY LITTLE STUDIO

Monday, 29 August 2016

Hello gang hope you are well. Welcome to my little studio set up at home. Okay, it's a simple set up at home to take photos but let's just call it a 'studio' to sound exciting, fine? Going outside to a nice location for a photoshoot is great and fun but it is not always feasible. More often than not, I run out of shooting locations and end up shooting at the few same locations repeatedly. So I have decided to shoot at home also. Now there are many advantages of shooting at home. For me, the biggest advantage is I feel at home. Haha, that's quite obvious, you are shooting at home, honey. Seriously, I don't have to worry about those curious strangers always trying a take a peek into what's going on. Then, shooting at home allows me to be more creative with my poses and shoots. And editing is even more challenging & exciting. Besides that, I save time in commutes. And fuel also, if I am being calculative. That's all I want to share today. Henceforth, you will see more of me at my 'studio'. So, do you like shooting at home too? Till next time, bye.

  3. Even though you've shot this look at home, it's so creatively done, you honestly couldn't tell it's your home! I love the idea of this, which I haven't really done in a long time (my background was super cramped at the time) because it's also a great alternative when the weather doesn't want to cooperate! You look lovely, as always, I simply adore this dress and those shoes you've paired with it! Thanks so much for sharing, beauty, and I hope you have a great week ahead!

  5. I love shooting at home and outside... at home, like you said, you feel more comfortable because there are no strangers looking at you. But outside you can always find new places. It depends on what you're looking for with the pictures! :)

  20. Shooting at home is so much more comfortable. You don't have any of that silly self consciousness going on. You're free to experiment more without as many prying eyes.

  21. I think your home environment is perfect for photos because it makes you more comfortable being in your own space. Plus you have the added advantage of being able to change accessories or tweak your outfit whenever you want to during a photo shoot.
